Four years in. Over a thousand tools tested. One mission.
About Jules
Helping businesses adopt AI with confidence, apply it to real work and build the capability to scale it properly. Hi, I am Jules Rickman-Jenkins. AI trainer, keynote speaker and consultant. Founder of Flair Content. Based in Norwich, working with businesses across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and the UK.
Most people arrived at AI in 2023. I arrived in 2022, on Discord, making landscape images.
It was not a career strategy. It was curiosity. I had found Midjourney in its earliest days, long before it had a polished interface or a business case, and I started using it to generate landscape images. No grand plan. Just a genuine fascination with what this technology could do.
But something shifted very quickly. I remember the moment I realised that what I was looking at was not a novelty. It was not going to plateau or fade. This was the worst it was ever go to be. The only direction was forward, and forward was going to be extraordinary.
"I realised this was the worst it was ever going to be. The only direction was forward."
So I did what curious people do
When they find something genuinely important. I went deep. I started testing tools, not just using them, but genuinely pressure-testing them. What did they claim to do? What did they actually do? Where were the gaps between the marketing and the reality? Over the following years I worked through more than a thousand tools across every category, from content generation and image creation to automation, analytics and workflow design. I was not doing this passively. I was investing my own time, my own money, putting myself on early AI training programmes before most of them existed, building a picture of the AI landscape from the inside rather than reading about it from a distance. I wanted to understand what actually worked for real businesses, not what sounded impressive in a product demo.
My MD at the time called me a pioneer. I just thought I was paying attention.
Flair Content was born out of a simple belief: that the businesses which build genuine AI capability now will be the ones that lead their industries in five years.
And that building that capability properly, without the overwhelm, without the hype, without losing the human thinking that makes businesses worth working with, requires someone who has done the work.
That is what I bring. Not a shortcut. Not a tool recommendation. Four years of hands-on learning, tested against real businesses, delivered in a way that makes AI feel like an opportunity rather than a threat.
What working with me actually looks like
I am not going to walk into your business and tell you to throw everything at AI overnight. That is not how good adoption works and it is not how I work.
What I do is start with where you genuinely are. What your team already knows, what they are worried about, what your business actually needs to get better at. Then I build from there, practically and at a pace that sticks.
I have worked with everyone from marketing teams who are excited and just need structure, to boards who are sceptical and need honest answers, to business owners who know they are behind and want to catch up fast without making expensive mistakes.
The common thread is that they all leave with more confidence than they arrived with.
My style is warm, direct and practical. I do not do jargon for the sake of it. I do not oversell what AI can do. And I am always honest about where the technology has real limitations, because that honesty is what builds the trust that makes everything else work.
Who I work with
I work with businesses across a range of sectors, bringing the same grounded, practical approach regardless of industry. The businesses I have worked with include:
- Professional Services: Accountancy, legal and financial services firms who need AI skills without compliance risk.
- Marketing and Creative Agencies: Teams that need to use AI creatively without losing their voice or their edge.
- Retail and E-commerce: Businesses looking to scale content, improve customer experience and automate intelligently.
- Education and Training: Organisations integrating AI into learning, curriculum design and operational delivery.
Based in Norwich. Working across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and throughout the UK. Remote engagements welcome.

About Flair Content
Flair Content was founded in 2024 with a single purpose: to help businesses move from AI curiosity to AI confidence. Not by selling them tools or building their tech stack for them, but by building the knowledge, capability and strategic clarity they need to lead AI adoption themselves. The name was deliberate. Flair is about bringing creativity, intelligence and a distinctive perspective to everything. And yes, there is an AI in there too. That was not an accident. We work with businesses on AI training, keynote speaking and strategic consulting. Everything is built around practical application and real business outcomes, not theoretical frameworks or impressive-sounding technology no one can actually use.
